Courtyard by Marriott New Orleans Westbank/Gretna

Stayed 2 nights. First one was not a good experience but staff resolved the issue and allocated another room for our 2nd night. This was reflected in the bill as the manager was very pleasant when she came in in the morning. Rooms well equipped with fridge, microwave and coffee maker

The room was so efficiently made. It was not large but had a wonderful couch, and everything needed, cups, coffee, plastic laundry bag, plugs and phone plugs. Bed was very comfortable. Staff at restaurant was so super friendly.

The property was clean and very nice. Very great staff. I completely forgot the lady who checked me in that night but she was great and very sweet. She provided me information about the hotel and times for everything I asked about.

I cannot compliment the staff enough they were excellent in every way. The location was very safe. It was easily accesable via the bus lines 103, 114 a, 114b. Local restaraunts were available. The pool was very warm and felt like a hot tub. It was very relaxing to soak in.
